Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, original, and engaging content for various platforms and channels, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining consistency in tone and style.
  • Research: Conduct in-depth research on assigned topics to ensure accuracy, credibility, and relevance of the content.
  • Writing and Editing: Write and edit content to meet specific project objectives, ensuring clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy. Review and proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
  • SEO Optimization: Understanding of SEO principles and optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords and phrases to improve organic search rankings.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals, target audiences, and brand identity.
  • Content Promotion: Assist in promoting content through social media, email campaigns, and other relevant channels to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain an organized content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as designers, marketers, and subject matter experts, to gather information and create content that meets business objectives.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as page views, engagement, and conversions, to identify areas of improvement and optimize content strategies accordingly.

Content Writing

  • Researching and writing high-quality content for websites like landing pages, case studies, white papers, etc.
  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
  • Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
  • Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
  • Write, edit and publish content for blogs, videos, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, podcasts, e-books, whitepapers, and more
  • Creating and executing a content calendar
  • Reviewing, editing and proofreading content
  • Writing content for 3rd party websites such as guest blogging, articles, PR, etc.

Social Media

  • Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, and message) based on our target audience’s behaviors.
  • Ability to create innovative social media content, supported by relevant images and videos.
  • Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Update our social media pages with compelling company news.
  • Become an influencer who makes an impact on the company and within the industry through the production of digital content.
  • Creating and executing a social media calendar

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to produce content that generates results
  • Collaborating with other teams like designers and developers to align content with the company’s brand

KPI

  • Measuring the content’s success by tracking KPIs like website traffic and conversions
  • Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, and conversion rates)
